We use this in a small enclosed trailer for mx racing. I read some reviews that were negative about the size. They make these in several sizes and this is the small one. Perfect for small spaces. We mounted low on the wall next to our work area to hold tools and parts while we make repairs. All products we have from PP are well made and rugged. Can’t comment on their customer service as I have never had a product that required service. Great product(s)
